Logan comes from a Building and Property background, having most recently been a Senior Quantity Surveyor for 12 years in the residential and commercial construction sector. Logan’s construction knowledge, quantity surveying abilities and attention to detail make him an ideal person to think both inside and outside the box to work with our consultants and contractors to deliver quality developments.

Caleb brings a strong background of successful development and management experience to Waihanga. With 15 years of professional project and development management experience, he has experience on a wide variety of property projects, with a focus on residential developments.
Caleb enjoys working collaboratively with the project team to drive and achieve better outcomes. With a sound understanding of the many facets of development, he is always looking for opportunities and keeping his eye on what the market is doing, and how together as a team we can add value. From site acquisition to handing over keys, his passion for property is evident.
